    Customer satisfaction is our top priority at Shop Barron's! If you are not happy with your purchase, please to contact us at 903.663.2060 to begin the return process. Returns MUST BE APPROVED before sending back.

    • All SALE merchandise and seasonal items are FINAL SALES.
    • All shipping costs on returns and any re-shipment of products are at the customer’s expense.
    • ALL Returns are for store credit in the form of a gift card or exchange ONLY.  Returns will be eligible for store credit or an exchange if items are unworn and unwashed with the original tags attached.
    • If your item does not meet the above criteria, please do not return.
    • If your item does meet the above criteria, please include your name, order number, contact information, and reason for return.
